CPL alebo Cost per Lead znamená cenu za potenciálneho zákazníka. Ide o model online reklamy pri ktorom inzerent platí vyslovene za potenciálneho klienta, ktorý sa zaujíma o jeho ponuku. Často sa s týmto pojmom stretneme napríklad pri affiliate marketingu a vo väčšine prípadov za za konverziu považuje vyplnenie formulára pre nových zákazníkov alebo odoslanie emailu.
